Well Done Fatso :-)

Well done Rob. Another notch on the handlebars.

What next.....I know Across Britain.....Diagonally!!!
or a Big Off Roader Baz with NO roads at all!!!!! Wow that would be a challenge.

You realise of course, you are going to need a few weeks in the gym now to loose all of the weight gained from the daily diet of Full English Beakfast, Chocolate, Beer, Pub Lunch and Evening Meal.....phewwwf I feel full up already.

David Schwimmmmeeeerrr

Yep Schwimmmmmmming is good

Cracked off another mile in the pool this morning in just under 30 minutes ...not bad considering the willpower required. Could have been in bed reading the Sunday papers! and exploring under the duvet..haha

Thats over 3 miles this week ..not bad for Fat one 2.

Massif respec for the bro as he is starting his "Coast To Coast" bikeathon today up t'north, well half way up anyhow. He is starting in Welshland tomorrow Monday 16th of May (start of rainy season :-) and over the course of the next 6 weeks...sorry I joke...8 days he will be cycling across the widest part of the centre of GB ending up in the Cromer or Yarmouth or somewhere very East.

GOOD LUCK and STAY SAFE

I wish I had the luxury of time to do it with you...all of those fine beers and pies to consume along the way...mmmmmmmmmm
